Somme Memorial

That’s Somme Challenge!

Framlingham War Memorial researcher Simon Last will be walking 100km of the old WW1 Frontline through France and Belgium between the 5th and 9th October 2016, as part of the commemorations of the 100th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme in 1916.

As part of his fundraising challenge Simon is selling old postcards on eBay and donating all profits from those sold – to see the cards he has for sale here is the link to one of his cards where you can then click through to see all the others he has listed – see here.

To find out more information about his walk in October he also has a fundraising page with justgiving – see here.

All of the money raised is going to ABF The Soldiers’ Charity. The Soldiers’ Charity give lifetime support to soldiers, veterans and their immediate families. They provide financial assistance to those in real need.

Simon would be so grateful for your support.
